Olympic Faith Podcast Episode 3

The 2024 Paris Olympic Games bring the spotlight of the world to a collection of the world's greatest athletes. I have always enjoyed watching the Olympics and cheering for Team USA.

I would like to take a few minutes each day of this year's Olympics and share a devotional GodPonder, a few facts, and stories from past and present Olympics.

In Today's Episode, we look at 1 Thessalonians

2  We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, 3  remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 4  For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, 1 Thessalonians 1:2-4 (ESV) 19  For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you? 20  For you are our glory and joy. 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 (ESV) 5  An athlete is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. 2 Timothy 2:5 (ESV)
